Deploying Solutions to Identify People & Their Behaviours |
|
BEHAVIOUR ANALYSIS SOLUTIONSNumerous researchers have proved that approximately 80 to 90% of communication in humans is non verbal. Hence it comes as a little surprise that smart surveillance solutions are focussing on human behaviour to identify people, their motives and possible intentions. Today advanced computer vision systems can tell the difference between friendly behaviour like shaking hands and aggressive actions like punching or pushing to more complex analysis like lurking people and objects being left behind.
Based on our extensive experience of developing and delivering solutions that identify people and their behaviour, we have introduced smart surveillance solutions to convert passive CCTV platforms into active incident monitoring stations. Our Smart Surveillance solutions incorporate Human Behavioural Analytics to introduce an intelligent, analytical capability to your CCTV system, ensuring a constant and consistent watch across a wide array of person, object, vehicle and scene behaviours such as perimeter violations, lurking/loitering person, crowd detection and monitoring, left objects, directional motion, face recognition etc.
How it Works
Using the state of art algorithms and intelligent engines we are able to monitor CCTV platforms for specific behaviours and scene changes simply by passing each camera feed through our Smart Surveillance engine. Bringing all these behaviors and scene changes together, operatives are able to analyse real-time, cohesive, automated incident detection and monitoring information across multiple CCTV feeds.
Raw video data is passed through an analysis platform on its way to storage on a hard disk and converts it into metadata. This metadata describes events ranging from simple motion events (motion occurred on camera 13 at 0415 hrs on December 13, 2006 for 31 seconds) and face events (Leslie Walls exited the building) to more complex events enabled by more complex underlying analysis. The highly flexible nature of software also means that it is possible to run analysis on imported data.
To complete intelligent data storage our solutions allow a “Google-like” search capability, enabling a user to seek out particular behaviours in particular areas, or even search for a particular individual’s face over multiple cameras for a given time period. |
