OUR TEAMHuman Recognition Systems is fortunate to have some of the most talented people working in the biometric and identity management industry today. The diversity of our team can be gauged from the variety of background (technology and strategy consultants, ex-armed forces, education sector, IT services, Healthcare etc). Each individual is an expert within his particular field. This diverse combination allows us to develop and offer innovative and diverse range of solutions across different industries. Andrew Lee (Chairman)Andrew is a Director of the Capital Values Group and has previously been a main Board member of the FTSE 250 UNITE Group plc. Andrew has previously worked in Europe and the US with companies including Marks and Spencer, Marriott, Mckinsey, BAA, Whitbread and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Outside of work he enjoys travelling, theatre and reading.
Neil Norman (CEO)Neil is an Ex-Accenture, Chief Technology Strategist and has worked across the globe with top companies including Tesco, Galeries Lafayette, Storehouse and Benetton. An avid biker Neil likes to be on his bike more often than the weather permits. As the Chief Executive Officer he provides inspiration to the team and encourages out of box thinking to develop imaginative solutions to real world problems.
Simon Meyer (COO)Simon joined HRS as Operations Director in January 2004. He began his career at Accenture and during this time developed extensive project management experience over a number of challenging, large IT projects for various UK and European companies. A budding footballer, in his spare time (claims doesn’t have any) enjoys spending time with his wife. As the Chief Operations Officer he is responsible for project delivery and more importantly ensuring that our client expectations are met to the highest possible standards.
Paul Anderson (nON-eXEC)Paul joined Capital Values Group as Chief Financial Officer in March 2006. After qualifying as a chartered accountant with Deloitte in 1997, he spent three years within their corporate finance advisory practice. He then left in 2000 to join W.H. Smith PLC, holding a variety of different roles including Group Treasurer, C.F.O. of W.H. Smith USA Retail and ultimately F.D. of W.H. Smith UK Travel Retail. Paul has overall responsibility for the Group’s finances and I.T. infrastructure, as well as the Company Secretariat function. |
