Working in partnership with BAM Plant

June 20th, 2009

HRS and BAM Plant, part of the Royal BAM Group, are rolling out 'MSite' - a customised biometric access and reporting system - to BAM Construction in order to improve reporting procedures and help effective cost control.

BAM Plant has been working with HRS since 2006 when the company first started using a biometric access control system to eradicate 'buddy punching' and enforce Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) accreditation.

The company has also made significant contributions to the development of the software, advising on key reporting procedures and requirements.

Andrew Hilton, Communications Manager at BAM Plant, said: "HRS has worked closely with us to understand some of the issues we face in the construction industry, particularly around the reporting structure".
